Part one | 7 Lessons
Focusing Your Body’s Energy
Creating a foundation for the rest of the course, you will learn to tap into the dormant energy potential of your body, turning the mind-body machine into a factory of energy.
What we’ll cover:
Energy exists within our body as pure electric potential; each of our cells produces roughly 0.2 volts of energy. The key is to organize each of these cells to work in unison – which David will guide you through, step-by-step.
Once you can create more energy, you’ll learn how to further direct and strengthen it, by channeling via a circuit of six energy points in the body.
Strengthen this circuit to the point of creating your light body. If done properly and practiced consistently, you’ll see it happen when you turn off the lights.
Part two | 8 Lessons
Power your inner light
Whenever you will feel lost or disrupted, bring your mind back into the center, so your light remains bright, and your energy stays strong.
What we’ll cover:
David outlines the importance of the relationship between our gut and brain, explaining how to use special abdominal breathing techniques, to access the power within.
Breath is the key to creating and nurturing the bond between these upper and lower brains. In doing so, we awaken the Vagus Nerve, a very important nerve maintaining the bridge between the lower brain, our genitals, and our upper brain.
How to sustain the circle of the breath until you experience certain phenomena that will — through practice — eventually lead to a kundalini awakening.
Concentrate the energy generated from this connection into a tiny inner core point. Discover an incredible ability, as this gravitational power develops, to bring back the mind.
Part three | 12 Lessons
Oneness with heart & mind
Unify the hardware and software; the mind, body, emotions, and desires — all in service of disengaging from the competing voices within. With laser-like focus, in sync with heart and universe, you will move beyond your physical body, to reach what the Buddha called ‘enlightenment.’
What we’ll cover:
Create a circuit that connects mind and heart by moving the point of awareness to the heart. We’ll make this connection not just in a philosophical way, but in a very tangible and concrete way.
Now, we’ll bring the three together by connecting the gut-brain to this mind-heart circuit. Continue developing this state, until you lose the sense of your physical body, and the boundaries between you and space begin to dissolve.
And finally… when you are able to create the undisturbed, laser-like power, then you can project and manifest your intent, in line with your heart and your essence.
