Emergence – Practitioner’s Bundle

The other three courses are focused on the practical application of the warm concepts.-Up, weight room, agility sessions! This bundle includes five hours of information and will leave you feeling inspired, invigorated and ready to put the ideas into practice.
Course 1: Ecological dynamics for Dummies
Grab the phone! Get on the brakes! You are not a dummy, but we don’t believe so!
We do know that it can be difficult to find the right ideas to enable movement professionals to understand sport movement skills. This task is made even more difficult when you try to use new, innovative, and foreign ideas.
We believe an Ecological Dynamics framework is a great tool for craft. It can also change how you see movement in sport. To be able to adequately do this, one must understand the terms and principles that are essential to understanding and explaining movement skills at the level that our community wants.
This is why we designed this course. ‘Ecological Dynamics for Dummies,’ To be more bite-sized-A smaller version of our longer course. ‘Underpinnings,’ As a way of bringing the sport movement skill community closer together. As an inspiration and model for this course, we used the popular instructional books that many are familiar with. We wanted it to be easier, more concise, and less intimidating.
In this course of 90 minutes, we will discuss and dissect the major theoretical concepts.-We believe that an Ecological Dynamics framework can instantly change your Form of Life as a practitioner.

- What is it? Self-Organisation It is why it is so crucial that we recognize its presence in our movement systems
- Emergence In movement systems as skilled movement solutions
- Why? Information Power is the best! Accessibility Keep the key

This is where the greatest value of this time is often overlooked. “getting loose.” In this mini-We aim to reconceptualize warmth.-Change the way you see it, coaches. It shouldn’t be boring, repetitive, or void of learning. Our goal is to demonstrate to coaches how warm it can be.-Up can inspire ownership, exploration and learning as well as adaptability. It is all about the warmth-Up is the most important thing we do in training every day. It is of great value and we hope to show coaches how they can approach the warm.-up.
Course 3: The Ecological Dynamics Perspective on Approaching the Weight Room
As complex adaptive systems, we see athletes in this digestible form.-We offer a non-linear approach to the weightroom. Join us as we discuss the importance for athletes to open up their degrees of freedom (motor, perceptual, and cognitive) to potentially harness them when the training becomes more specific. This will allow athletes to be more expressive with their movements when it is needed.
