This course will feature LIVE teachings, interactive training sessions, experiential practices, and Q&A with Dr. Jahnke. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to make Medical Qigong part of your daily life.
If you have not experienced Dr. Jahnke’s teachings before, you’re welcome to join this next-level training, but we ask that you complete the foundational 7-module Medical Qigong program on your own as a prerequisite. Module 3: Integrate Breath & Movement to Prevent Disease & Activate Your Inner Healing Elixir (January 3)
Happy New Year! As you return from the holidays, Dr. Jahnke will invite you to reflect on how your Qigong practice supported you in managing the joys and challenges of the season.
How can you coordinate the body and the breath dimensions of Qigong to more efficiently awaken and activate the medicine within you?
You’ll explore this foundational Qigong secret to uncover what Dr. Jahnke calls the “ultimate promise of Qigong” and which the ancients called “ample balanced Qi” and science calls “functional coherence.”

Dr. Jahnke and guest faculty Rebecca McLean will review the Circle of Life system to make sure you’re on track to creating your holistic life plan for the personal transformation you seek — during this training and beyond.
Everyone has the option and even the invitation to create a life that is aligned to their life purpose and values, yet most people just take what comes their way. This is an opportunity to develop a holistic life plan and personal practice that’s in alignment with your essential self.
